There are two things that standout in this position. One is that it is a supervisory position. So as an interviewer, I would ask about your experience supervising others and what is your type of supervision. (aggressive, demanding, participating, dictatorial, etc.) That would give me an idea how you fit in my type of supervision and how it would be handled by the people who would work for you. I would ask what your experience is with the requirements of the job. Have you worked with banks and bank accounts before. Do you reconcile your own bank account or does your husband? How do you handle stress? With a lot of accounts and a couple people helping you, there may be some stress involved in between. How do you handle boredom? After a couple months and you have good workers and everything becomes mundane, how do you handle a routine and well run process. Some people need the excitement or challenge. Some people can handle the routine but can not handle the exceptions.
Questions that you may ask are often telling of who you are and what you want to do. If you are more worried about the next job rather than this one, I do not want you. My need is this position and I want that need satisfied and the work handled without a problem. While I like aggressive and smart people working for me, I do not want to have to train new people every 6 months. So you do not want to talk about the possibility of promotion from this position. You want to ask about the people unless you know them already. You seem to have a good handle on the position in your question. So you may not have a lot of questions. But the questions that you ask are often a bigger part of the impression than your answers to their questions. But do not ask questions just to impress them.
Good Luck.
