Do I have a legal case if I was forced out of my job?

Initially, I filed a harassment case against my immediate manager through my company's HR department. As a result of doing so, my DM started to be involved, and tried to resolve the problem amongst us three. Yet, the problem still persisted, this time, it became more consistent and it involved more warning documentations from my immediate manager. So I called HR again, and then my DM came again. So the same process took place. And of course, it just keeps getting worst. All this, took place within a 6 month period. Finally, after another complaint that I have made, which was the third one, the HR department informed me that they have finalized a solution and that I will be notified shortly. A few days later, my DM came and had a sit down meeting with me, along with a witness and finally gave me a straight forward solution... the DM said " Based on a long investigation, I and HR department have came into conclusion that we are going to transfer you, because it would be best for our business and would benefit you. You do not have a choice but to transfer, if not, you would be terminated." So I had no choice, I took the transfer. That particular manager I had was complained about by many, not only myself. I was the only that took action... So I got transferred to a different location, then a little less than a week, my DM informed that I am going to transfer another location. She did not inform me why... But after getting transferred to another location, I found out that the same manager was in that store where I initially transferred to. Therefore, I concluded that I got transfered again was because of the fact that my former manager was going to be there... But here is the dilemma, the store that I had to take me couldnt accomodate my school schedule, forcing me to change my schedule, if not, they would put me as part time. So again, I had to rearrange everything just to accomodate them. Finally, we got settled, I was working at the place. But during stay there, I had felt nothing but negativity and despise from all levels of management. I kind of just let those slide, but when I got sick, things changed. I was calling off almost every week due to sickness, which I provided doctor's notes for. So after my most recent doctors visit, I went to work and a warning document was waiting for me. It stated that my sick days became habitual and that it is affecting business and that I get sick every week. That was not the only warning I got, but there were more... In conclusion, I decided to leave, which left me the impression that the company was forcibly forcing me out, doing everything it can to push my buttons so I quit, and that they dont have to fire me and potentially get unemployment benefits... So now, here is my story, can somebody help me? Do I have a case, or I should simply just let go and move on?|||Get an attorney. It's clear that this employer phased you out and did so just because you refused to submit to harassment and they wanted to make themselves LOOK like they were bending over for you to resolve the situation. If you cannot afford an attorney, contact the A.C.L.U. You also might want to see if you have Legal Aid in your area, which provides free legal help.

Good Luck to you. This kind of crap has been going on for decades. If you file against this idiot and the company, then others that have suffered will usually come forward. Even if no body else comes forward, because you filed then later down the road YOU can come forward for someone else.
